Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation
- Prepare and post journal entries
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Must have experience in a medical facility
- Associate degree in accounting or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation
- Strong knowledge and experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. A solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to effectively communicate financial information is essential.

Pay: $23.53 - $30.00 per hour
