One of our growing clients, Irmo Counseling, LLC, is seeking a fully licensed clinician from the following disciplines LMFT, LPC, LISW-CP, LPC-A to join our private practice. We are a community of therapists who offer comprehensive mental health counseling to children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples.

Qualifications:

  • Fully Licensed to practice in South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, LPC-A)
  • Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • At minimum two (2) years of clinical experience in direct mental health counseling
  • Evidence of Continuing Education trainings in evidence-based therapies
  • Understanding of diagnosis using current DSM and relevant treatment options
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must pass a background check.

Knowledge, Skills, and Responsibilities:

  • Complete documentation and other administrative duties in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provide mental health counseling using evidence-based practices to maintain a high standard of care.
  • Abide by HIPAA as well as patient, organizational, and practice standards for confidentiality.
  • Attend staff meetings, other work-related meetings, training, and perform other related job duties as required or requested.
  • Provide thorough bio-psycho-social mental health assessments for patients.
  • Provide ongoing individual, family, and group therapy to patients.
  • Participate in peer consultation once monthly.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships characterized by mutual respect with coworkers and clients.

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time

Full-time Salary range: 65K to 80K (depending on level of experience for a 32 hr week)
